You don’t need to rush your healing, or prove how strong you’ve grown. Some lessons only whisper when you finally sit alone. You’ve loved with open hands before, even when it hurt to try. That doesn’t make you foolish it means your heart is alive. Not everything that broke you was meant to stay behind, some things came to teach you how to soften, not to hide. You are allowed to pause mid-story, to breathe and not decide, to choose yourself without guilt and still keep love inside.
