For me, it was easier to create the alliteration in Italian, so I’m not entirely sure if it sounds fully correct in English. If anything feels off in the translation, please let me know.
I think the translation works! It's striking, in a way. One normally doesn't think of a kiss in terms of what is seen, so the image is fresh—in my mind, anyway. I find it a wonderful short little reflection. 😊
