Oh God, protect my downfall, my weakness, my knees. God, I pray I never show that to my enemies. They can strike me as they wish — I’ll endure; I am resilient, but not when it comes to my knees. For them, I will fall to my knees, beg for Your mercy, bend as deeply, as desperately, as long as I must. I would even trade my own knees if that’s what I need.
