Those creepy sounds I heard last night, Have me chills down my spine. Evil laughs still echo near, Haunting me all the time, Leaving me weak and dizzy. I saw dark shadows moving by, Felt something close around me. Huge footsteps coming near- Like a monster right behind me. I heard the whispers getting close, I hid beneath the covers. Afraid they would hear me breathe, So I held my mouth tight, Suffocating just to survive. Suddenly, something came crashing- A big thud woke me up, I was relieved that it was a dream, But deep down, it still HAUNTS ME!
