I was not planted— only left on stone, my roots grew silent, clinging all alone. No hand to water, no song to call my name, I bent toward broken light, but it never came. The garden bloomed loudly, their colors kissed the sky, I opened in whispers, where shadows learn to cry. An orchid enduring, delicate yet true, born from the absence, yet still—I grew.
