But there is a thing Almost worse than a romantic breakup Because you would never expect it to be as Painful As it is And that is a Friendship breakup And even if there is no big fight If you agree that it just doesn't work It hurts And the worst thing is Realizing... Realizing that you miss her The moments you had together Clinging onto your memories And then you realize After just a little encounter You still need her Even though you wanted to hide it You want to tell her if something happened And you want to have your best friend back That person where you could be yourself You could tell her anything When you were with her You wished that it would never end You even wrote a poem about this girl You were so proud to call your best friend And then the soul-crushing reality comes back...
