To the one I wish to keep beside me, may you understand why tears so often find my cheeks. They are not born of constant sorrow, but of the way my soul speaks— when I am moved, disappointed, or burning with anger, it is my tears that carry the voice. To you who will cradle me in comfort, I will love you as I love my cats— a love that knows no condition, no chain, no demand. So love me wholly in return. Let us speak as kindred friends do, with words that matter less than the tether of our hearts. Even our differences will be threads woven into the same cloth of belonging. Let us treasure the smallest moments, laugh at the simplest joys, and color the silence with presence. To the one I long to share my days with, Please come to me, soon. Not to make me whole— for I have already gathered myself. But come to entwine your being with mine, and let us prove, together, that love—sacred and eternal— was always meant for us.
