I was standing in the center aisle, the spotlight was on me. I enjoyed the cheering and claps for me, I even waved my hands mid-air. I was the star in the sky–shining brightly. Before I knew it, the dawn came and the sun arose, I tried to go, to walk, to run, however I'm stuck. My bag is too heavy, with an unknown object. Loaded with the things my naked eyes couldn't see. Once again I tried to find the same old path, I walked till I was at the center aisle, I can hear the cheers, and claps. Even the spotlight blinded me. The star shines so bright, but it wasn't me. As I looked around, I was in the middle of the crowd. Also cheering for who I was before. The smile I wear, the words I utter are to cheer, so clear and loud. Till I grew weary my mind knows that I cannot go back. Till my eyes grew tired, it will never change that my spark slipped away. Yesterday's paradise will always haunt me.
