The Summers Sun went down And Autumn puts on its gown Full of beautiful colors and rain Foggy streetlights to sustain The circle of the seasons every year With baskets full of apple, grape and pear With storms that change the trees' dresses From green to fruits that get blesses From people on thanksgiving There's halloween too In fall you can bake and read and dress as a ghost screaming boo You look outside, the sky is grey But autumns full of colors, Day after day The green becomes orange, yellow, golden, red And you start to go earlier to bed Because the days get shorter The nights get longer It gets comfier too And the crafty kids get stronger So yes it is colder So yes its not summer But if you dont appreciate it Its a bummer Autumn is beautiful It knocks on your door Filling the air with the smell of smore's With cinamon and pumkin and all those things So appreciate what this season brings What comes with autumn in your town Enjoy the orange, red, golden and brown
