Humans are dead, and the proof’s all around, cities of glass built on burial ground. Kids starve in silence, we binge and we feast, wars keep on burning while we hashtag “peace.” Politicians preach with a mouth full of lies, smile for the cameras while the innocent die. Bankers count trillions, families count crumbs, we praise the elite while we step on the slums. Religion sells heaven with blood on its hands, priests hide the predators, “forgive, understand.” We kill in God’s name, then kneel down to pray, a cycle of madness that won’t go away. Humans are dead, we drown in the feed, scroll past the corpses we don’t want to see. Screens are our coffins, likes are the chains, we laugh at the chaos, then complain of the pain. Climate is screaming, oceans on fire, but we sip through plastic and call ourselves “wiser.” Species extinct, forests erased, then we post green slogans to cover the waste. No one does nothing about it— not them, not your neighbor, neither you nor I, we just keep consuming and watch the world die. We hide behind comfort, we swallow the lie, complicity kills— don’t ask me why. And here’s the hypocrisy: I’m spitting these verses, I’m pointing at systems, I’m listing the curses… But even I’m guilty— I ain’t saving the helpless, just bleeding on paper while children stay breathless. Humans are dead, the verdict is clear, a graveyard of empathy rotting right here. Not zombies, not monsters— just cowards instead. The world didn’t kill us, we killed ourselves dead.
