Love and hate, Two sides of the same coin. But I fear in my eyes, They've become one. So here I stand, Palms open to the storm, Torn between the want and the wound, Between fire and its warmth. Love— Not a saviour, Not a curse, But a mirror of who we are At our deepest, At our worst. It takes and gives, It builds and breaks, It whispers truth Then hides its face. And if in your heart Love and hate have become one— Then may your healing Be the dawn, not the gun. Even in fantasy, Even in pain, There’s beauty in feeling— In dancing in the rain. So dream, young heart, Even if it breaks you. Love still finds a way— Even if not the way you knew.
