I saw pictures of them, On a windy afternoon, On a cloudy terrace, Suddenly I knew Monsoon. Monsoon not without, The one that began within me, They should be preaching, You don't feel but are MADE to feel lonely. Now that I know it, It's only a bitter truth, You give and give and give, In the end they never choose you. So I'll keep the door open, They can stay inside with peace, Or I'd shove them out, Good riddance, much needed please. Live a life that's real, Fake ones keep score, It's a shame to call that friendship, That which was never whole.
