One woman ordering pizza. A man and a woman sharing a kiss on the bench. A lady getting her child off the school bus. How could the world still be spinning when my world had just ended? All I could hear was tic Tok tic Tok. They paged my name. As I turned around they said "these are your new foster parents." The hardest thing I had to do you ask? It was telling the truth
