Why do the words come out of my mouth but no one really listens? I know the noise is coming out, do I have to shout? Do I have to take another route, just for you to listen? It's like I'm speaking a language no one else speaks. Like I'm so different but so indifferent at the same time. It's like I'm a shapeshifter but can't seem to switch back at the right times. But as long as it rhymes, as long as I go by the code. I can't be different but can't be plain. I can't speak out but I can't just be silent. So if people do listens to the words they'll only hear the words, not the meaning behind it. That's just how it works.
