Marriage is like a forge weld. Both peices of iron must be white hot and clean. Then they are tried with hard blows of the hammer and constant brushing off of scale; (the useless stuff that makes the forge weak.) Which will then leave them joined together as one, after the weld is complete it is then tested with a slag hammer to make sure of its integrity. So is a marriage. You must be strong as iron in the Lord and pure before entering into a relationship. The trials of building a solid foundation may feel like pounding of a hammer And brushing away old things that will make the forge weak may hurt. But when you are tested you will be found worthy and strong. - CharityAnne
