I am a water well—unreachable, sometimes dry, sometimes full—full of uncertainty waiting for you to fall. I am an ocean, so deep and blue, calm and raging at times, reaching your shore unsure, waiting for you to drown. I am a rose, beautiful and fragrant, reaching your hands with thorns, and leaving your hands bleeding. Uncertainty never leaves me, my depth is never reached, I am caged and grounded. Like a bird who has no wings, like a butterfly so soft and tender, but like a bee that'll sting your heart. Even such adorable beings can leave your heart cracking. To love me is to dig a grave.
